☀️ On June 14, we invite you to a full-day practice retreat with Lama Glenn Mullin – one of the most well-known Tibetan Buddhist teachers in the West, a master of Highest Yoga Tantra, author, translator, and longtime student of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

☀️ During this day, the empowerment and transmission of Milarepa’s Tummo practice will be given. Milarepa’s Tummo is one of the most powerful and profound methods in Tibetan Buddhism, aimed at mastering the body’s subtle energies, generating inner heat, and ultimately reaching deep meditative states that lead to spiritual awakening.

☀️ Milarepa’s life is an inspiring story of repentance, devotion, perseverance, and enlightenment. He showed that even the gravest mistakes can be purified, and that spiritual growth is accessible to all.

☀️ Tummo (Tib. gtum-mo, meaning “fierce or wild inner energy” or “inner fire”) is one of the Six Yogas of Naropa – a set of advanced tantric practices. Its primary aim in Tibetan Buddhism is spiritual development, leading to profound states of clarity, bliss, and ultimately enlightenment.

☀️ When practiced correctly, Tummo can produce experiences of inner bliss that resemble the joy of spiritual awakening.

☀️ Through disciplined and sincere Tummo practice, one can overcome not only physical but also spiritual obstacles, undergo deep inner transformation, and ultimately attain liberation.
